A cancellation request made before planning, setup, design, development, resource allocation, or third-party purchase has started may be reviewed for adjustment based on the approved commercial terms.

Once execution has started, charges may apply for completed work, allocated time, purchased resources, consultation, planning, documentation, or delivered assets.

Future platform subscriptions, maintenance plans, or support retainers may follow product-specific cancellation timelines shown at activation or renewal.

Cancellation requests should be sent to business@girijeetechinnovation.com with the invoice reference, project name, and reason for the request.
