Refund terms for GTI engagements.

Overview
Refunds depend on the nature of the service, product, platform engagement, invoice, proposal, and written agreement between the client and GTI.
Custom Services
For custom technology, design, development, consulting, or implementation work, payments may become non-refundable once planning, execution, resource allocation, or delivery work has started.
Duplicate or Incorrect Payments
If a duplicate payment or clear payment error occurs, GTI will review the case and process an appropriate correction where applicable.
Subscriptions or Platform Payments
Future product subscriptions or platform payments may have product-specific cancellation and refund terms shown at the time of purchase or activation.
